The 12-week all inclusive Surf Athlete Program is a full body surf workout that improves your surfing by providing the foundations that surfing requires from your body.

PHASE 1

FUNDAMENTAL SURF PATTERNS AND MOBILITY.

Better surfing is built with time in the water, developing the art and skill of surfing.  This is technical and coaching aspect of surfing. 

PHASE 2

DEVELOP SURF MOVEMENT STRENGTH & BODY FUNCTION.

Strength, power, endurance and flexibility are the base that allows you to effortlessly work on the "skill" and technique of surfing.

PHASE 3

DYNAMIC MOVEMENTS & SURF POWER DEVELOPMENT.

Exercises for surfing strength build the fundamental requirements for the body so that it can function optimally in the ocean - and this is not just exercises for older surfers.
