Refunds & Return


In the event that the product you purchased online is defective and requires any form of warranty, you need to contact our Customer Service by email at Our Customer Service team will then inform you how to return the product and give you a Return Authorization number. This warranty does not cover damage or malfunctions caused by normal wear and tear, accident, abuse, neglect, improper storage or handling, misuse, vandalism, acts of God, or other causes external to the product.

Please note that a change in mind does not constitute an acceptable reason for return in our mind. Colours on clothing, accessories and surfboards sent to customers may vary from colours ordered by customers due to countless factors such as differences in colour modes on image files, browsers, palettes, printer’s ink, etc. Such variances in colours do not constitute acceptable grounds for return.

You have 14 days from the receipt of the online shipment to return any defective item for credit or exchange.

Any product being returned must be…

  • In its original condition and packaging
  • Unworn, unmarked and unwashed
  • Tags still attached, not crossed out or teared off
  • Swimwear hygiene seal in place and not broken
  • Non sale item


Returns will be accepted for the below reasons:

The wrong product was sent then what was purchased
The product was damaged in shipping/delivery
The product is faulty, defective or has been tampered with prior to receipt by the customer.


Upon inspection and approval of the returned product, will offer store credit to the same value of your purchase, minus the delivery charge and any other shipment fees.

Please note, it may take up to 2-3 days to process your store credit after we have approved your returned item.

In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, reserve the right not to accept the returned item and arrange to send the item back to you at your expense.

A return & credit confirmation email will be sent to you once your return has been processed.

Any items included but not listed in the returns request will not be accepted.

All orders must be returned in one package.

All items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached. 


Please note, we reserve the right to refuse store credit and/or exchanges on items that are considered to be unfit for resale. operates a no-cancellation policy. Once a purchase is made it is considered final.


In the event your surfboard is received damaged:

  1. Immediately email us at describing your damages
  2. Please include pictures of the surfboard damage as well as the outside and inside of the packaging. 
  3. Do not discard any of the shipping materials until we have resolved the claim. 
  4. Do not use your surfboard if it arrives damaged.



Should the aforementioned details be met, a customer has 2 options available for a return:

1- Drop off to distribution warehouse

2- Pay courier (20AED pick up)


We will discuss options if the criteria for a exchange or refund is met.
