Q1. About group shipping
This is when you wait for a minimum number of orders (from other customers) to occur, then all boards are shipped together.
By selecting this option, you will receive FREE DELIVERY of your new stick/s.
Can not be applied with any other offer or bundle package.

Q2. How long will it take until my board is shipped?
Board manufacturing times (approx):
- Stock PU 6-8 weeks
- Stock EPS 8-12 weeks
- SUP (ask team)
- Skateboards (ask team)
Shipping times will be in addition to manufacturing time and will be based on selected option. We will provide a better idea of duration at time of enquiry.
Q3. How can I track my order?
The Rusty team will keep you updated on the progress of your order. Just get in touch if you have any questions.
Q4. Can I collect my item from a store?
We do not have a physical store in the UAE/Middle East, but get in touch and we can discuss the best way for you to receive your board.
Q5. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we can. If you have an international shipping requirement we can help, so get in touch. Please note your local market pricing will be applied and may differ from the online Rusty Surfboards pricing. There are also locations outside of our jurisdiction, so please check first if you are not sure.
Q6. Can I change my delivery address after my order is placed?
Once your order has been finalised and the order has been shipped we recommend getting in touch with us as soon as possible to see if your shipment can be amended.
Q7. Will I have to sign for my delivery?
Depending on the delivery method, may require a signature on delivery. Please ensure you provide your mobile or landline (work) contact details to help with the delivery. Any costs associated with re-delivery or storage fees resulting from a missed delivery are the responsibility of the receiver.

SHIPPING POLICY
- Online surfboard orders must have full and accurate customer delivery address details and contact mobile number. It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct address details at checkout.
- Include any specific delivery instructions to help with the delivery.
- Please open and inspect your surfboard parcel and board in front of the delivery person to ensure any damage is witnessed.
- Please take photos of any damage to the surfboard and the parcel.
- Report the damage to us immediately (See returns page)
DELIVERY (Non boards)
Our clothing and accessories will be sent with you choose postal option. Please expect 3-5 working days from payment to delivery.
If you are unable to select your location for delivery, please contact us to assist.
Multiple orders may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.
